Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
MyRclone is a private tool used by one person, Vir Rawlley, to copy his own files between his computer and his own cloud storage accounts (Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox). It is not offered to the public, and no one other than its owner uses it.
What the app accesses
When the owner signs in, MyRclone asks for permission to read, create, change and delete files in the owner’s own Google Drive. It uses this permission only to keep the owner’s own files in step with a folder on the owner’s own computer.
What we do with your data
- Files and account details are processed on the owner’s computer only.
- Nothing is sent to any server run by the app’s owner, and nothing is stored on one.
- Nothing is sold, shared, rented or disclosed to any third party.
- Nothing is used for advertising, analytics or machine-learning training.
Sign-in tokens
The sign-in token that Google issues is kept in a configuration file on the owner’s computer. Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
